Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS except for custom orders, where the delivery date will be specified in your order, and your credit card will be charged on the order day. Shipments come with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are generously sized, and your items are well-protected.

Returns
Lina Toro will accept most defective products that are returned within 15 days of the invoice date. A credit, replacement, exchange, or repair will be issued. After 15 days, only the Lina Toro warranty applies.
If a product arrives damaged, please refuse the product upon the original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, the damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Customer Service at (727-7396-2027) within 15 days of delivery acceptance to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Lina Toro to file a damage claim.
Contact Lina Toro Customer Relations (727-7396-2027) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to initiate a return. You'll need to provide your name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and reason for your return. You'll have five days to return a product after issuing the RMA. Please return your product in its original box and include any packing materials, manuals, etc. that arrived with your product. You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning the product, and you are strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover any loss or damage to your item(s) in transit. All accepted returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Lina Toro must receive non-defective products within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a credit or exchange. Lina Toro will pay for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match the shipping method used to return the product.
